Booking Policy

1. Full payment to be made at the time of booking.
2. Tariff covers per day from 12.00 P.M. to 11.00 A.M. next day or a part thereof.
3. Any sub-letting of the rented rooms, surfaces, or spaces for any purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Guest above 05 years of age will be considered as an adult Guest.
5. Limited spot booking available, subject to availability.
6. Any reservation may be cancelled by the authority under unavoidable circumstances. Enhanced tariff if any shall be payable by the party even if the original booking is done on the previous tariff.
7. Room Tariff is dynamic in nature.
8. Booking is not transferable.
9. Carrying of any one of the mentioned identification cards (Voter Identity Card / Adhar Card / Passport / Driving License) are mandatory for each resident guest during Check In. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
10. At the time of reservation only Room Types and Facilities are confirmed, no rooms Numbers confirmation will be provided / given.
11. We will not be responsible for any damage or litigation if any guests indulge in any activities which are not acceptable to the local norms and values.
12. Against Advance confirm reservation – mentioning of Booking ID is mandatory at the time of Check in.
13. Khoai Village Resort is not responsible for any kind of threat or accidental cases during your stay at Hotel Premises.
14. Disputes & Arbitration if any shall be subject to BIRBHUM Jurisdiction.
15. Any Reservation made with us – means that the guests have accepted the above mentioned policies knowing it all clearly. We always reserve the right to alter / add any points without prior information’s.
